Boat Building Sailing

A long list gets much shorter!

October 9, 2016

The Beach Flea is almost ready to set sail. She’s in the water, masts restepped, and all the hard rigging fixed. New lines (ropes) are installed, just need to reroute the reefing system. Luxury Vinyl Carpet (100% waterproof) is down, ceiling is painted as well as the masts, and the electronics are all working. All 7 sails were cleaned, checked, and repaired (only 1 of them!) as needed, and a new Asymmetrical Spinnaker purchased. The dive compressor and the dive tank storage system is done as well. Guest bed with lee cloth is ready for the first guest! 3 weeks left to cross off the remaining items.

Doubling up on this as I did not see my Facebook post go out to you. It’s Jim Sherwood, fellow that got the Honda generator from you. Eager to follow your progress and wondering if there’s a special link since all I can find is the initial page with the build and pictures prelaunch.

Want to stay in touch and hear any and all details and I’ll also be a link for you here on land should you need it and phone number is 949-289-7880 and email is jts97@aol.com and I do have a Facebook account. Hope all is well in every way!
    Smooth Seas and Fair Winds!
    Jim
